Over the last 16 years, Matt has been fortunate to help hundreds of families sell their homes and help buyers find their dream property. His passion, zeal, and knowledge continue to grow, and his hunger to deliver world-class service predicated on integrity, excellence, and hard work has not changed. He's now bringing that experience, and his own five-star track record, together with his brothers under one roof.

Daniel has spent over 10 years helping buyers and sellers across Durham Region, building a reputation for pairing sharp market knowledge with genuinely creative marketing, from cinematic video tours to drone footage that gets a listing noticed. Mark Sylvester

Mark brings a background in business and entrepreneurship to real estate, built from running his own ventures long before he became a realtor, not just working inside someone else's. That experience shows in how he approaches every deal: clear-eyed, a few steps ahead, and genuinely invested in the outcome for the client on the other side of it. Our Dad
Gary Sylvester has been a Durham Region real estate agent, broker, and teacher for almost 50 years. He's been a lifelong mentor in how to care for clients and work with integrity and character in the industry, long before we took up the mantle.
Our Mom
Alison Sylvester has been licensed in real estate for over 40 years. She spent the last 25 years of her career coaching top-producing real estate agents across Canada.
